Feast of talents 2005 had the theme ; The Heart of A true Worshiper, John 4:23,24.

Why "The Heart Of a true Worshiper "
"The Heart of a true worshiper " is a wake up call to the body of christ and the entire University community to the the very reason for our existence and being. Ecclesiastes 12:13,14.
Psalm 150:6 says that, let everything that has breath praise the LORD.

Moreso, it seeks to re-echo the fact that , in serving and worshiping our Creator, the state of our heart is very crucial. Jehovah God looks into the heart , not the outside but the inside. Psalm 24 says; "Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord , or who may stand in His Holy place.He that has a clean hand and a pure heart ............." .

More importantly, worship is a lifestyle not a fifteen or twenty minutes activity. And that true worship ,brings pleasure and sweet fragrance before God Almighty. If God takes pleasure in our worship, He wouldn't hesitate to do anything we desire or ask.

   In short Feast Of Talents 2005 has for its focus :
1. To sensitize the christian community on the meaning of a true worhiper and what it takes to come to the presence of God and encounter His glory ( The Kabod -- Weight of His Presence).

2. To revive the church of christ for the eventual appearance of the Lord Jesus for a perfect and holy people without blemish.

3. To remind the entire university campus of the reality of hell fire to claim souls for Christ.

4. To foster unity and solidarity among sister churches and the entire body of Christ on our campus. Though we are many we are one body in Christ Jesus.
