Our total budget estimates for this years programme which include tickets of the invited artists,
Honorarium for artists,………….is around ¢140,000,000.00 value
Publicity:
Consisting of Teasers, Coloured Posters, Banners, Radio Announcement, Reminder Notes for
Church Members and Sister Churches, Brochure, Car Announcement, Electronic Advertisement.
The total cost is estimated at around ¢18,000,000.00
Technical:
Consisting of PA system, Stage Setting Cost, Audiovisual Equipment (Lighting), and Video
Coverage, Transportation, Labour cost, Communication, Cost of Webpage. The total cost is
estimated around ¢22,000,000.00.
Organizing:
This chairs, the venue, Extra tent to supplement. The total is estimated around ¢22,000,000.00
Guest Artist Expenditure
This includes the Visa Application cost of the artist, Ticket, Honorarium for the Guest artist,
Hotel Accommodation and Meal for the Guest artist.
This is estimated to cost not less than ¢41,000,000.00
Logistics and Utilities
This includes Accommodation for invited guests and other invited choirs, Feeding (Drinks, water),
Costumes for Drama Ministry- Anointed Theater Ministry (ATM) and uniform for our
Choir- Living Praise Choir (LPC). This is estimated to be around ¢30,000,000.00 |
